Located on 30 spacious beachfront acres on the beautiful island of Nevis, Nisbet Plantation Beach Club was originally built as a sugar plantation in 1778. Despite the property's size, there are still only 36 elegantly appointed guest rooms to provide an unparalleled sense of privacy and freedom.
All guest rooms have been recently re-appointed and modernized to provide a maximum level of comfort throughout your stay.
Rooms are located in 16 comfortable Plantation-style cottages and Lanai suites - cooled by tropical off-shore breezes and air conditioning.
The cottages are situated on either side of the Avenue of the Palms and stretch from the 18th-century Great House down a two-minute walk to the beach.

All rooms and bathroom were completely updated in late 2006 so they look brand new. All new Caribbean coloured soft goods including bedspreads and drapes can be found in the bedrooms and lovely marble vanities enhance the luxury of the bathrooms.
Room Types:
6 Upper Premier Jr. Suites at Nisbet include a living room area, spacious full bath, wet bar, and balcony overlooking the ocean. These units are the ones closest to the ocean.
6 Lower Deluxe Jr. Suites are identical in living area but have an open patio facing the ocean.
Both Upper Premier and Lower Deluxe Junior Suites sleep two in either king bed or twin beds and have an additional queen size sleep sofabed.
10 Deluxe Garden Suites (in semidetached cottages), each offer a full bedroom, separate and inviting enclosed porch, patio, and spacious full bath. Deluxe Garden Suites sleep two in either king size or twin beds and have an additional queen size sofabed in a separate living room area. Families find these ideal as children love to sleep in the enclosed porch.
The 14 Superior Rooms are housed in 7 semi-detached cottages. Each cottage includes a beautiful and spacious bedroom, well-appointed bathroom, and a screened patio. Superior rooms sleep two in either king size or twin beds.
